VFW Membership Eligibility Requirements:
| 1) | U.S. Citizen |
| 2) | Honorable service in US Military Armed Forces |
| 3) | Overseas Campaign Medal OR other "In Harms Way" service specified in VFW National Charter, such as service time since 1949 in Korea, hostile fire pay or imminent danger pay. |
| 4) | Documentation of earned requirements (DD 214 or 201 file)
